Let’s Talk About 10 Things I Hate About You…
90’s teenage rom-coms simply don’t get any better than 10 Things I Hate About You. Without this modern interpretation of Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew we wouldn’t have had the breakthroughs of several amazing actors and actresses including Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Julia Stiles and Heath Ledger, all of whom were incredible in there roles.
10 Things I Hate About You is considered by many to be a cult classic with quotable lines, unique and funny characters, and a perfect cast. The film follows new student Cameron (played by Gordon-Levitt) who has a major crush on Bianca however she isn’t allowed to date unless her rebel sister Kat (played by Stiles) does too. In an attempt to get around this rule, Cameron decides to pay Patrick (played by Ledger) to take out Kat and of course trouble and hijinks ensue.
If you haven’t seen this movie and aren’t a fan of rom-coms, I still recommend checking it out simply because of Heath Ledger’s performance and the on-screen chemistry he has with Julia Stiles. Not only that, there are a bunch of side characters who have laugh out loud lines and dialogue and a few cameos from now really famous actors and actresses. Still not your thing? - It’s impossible to keep up with 15-20 drinking game rules. We limit our rules to 10.

- It’s mentioned that Kat and Bianca can’t date.
- Michael displays zero social skills.
