Let’s Talk About The Inbetweeners…
We first fell in love with The Inbetweeners when they appeared on British free-to-air TV; yes, this crass, rude, hilarious show was watchable on regular TV. We’re not sure, what with the regular “briefcase wanker” comments or Jay constantly bragging about all the “clunge” he’s getting. Hell, even James Buckley (the dude that plays Jay) has said that the show would never get made today because of the content.
That’s all well and good though, we were lucky enough to be able to get 3 seasons (18 episodes) and 2 movies worth of The Inbetweeners which is always rewatchable. We recommend using this Inbetweeners Drinking Game for the TV show and we will get around eventually to creating separate drinking games for the movies.
For those unaware of what The Inbetweeners is about, it’s similar to our Superbad drinking game. The show/movies follow 4 boys as they chase girls, attempt to get booze, navigate high school and basically get up to mischief. It’s hilarious, vulgar, at times incredibly stupid and guaranteed to make you laugh out loud.

- It’s impossible to keep up with 15-20 drinking game rules. We limit our rules to 10.
- Each time a rule occurs, you take a drink. We don’t have any rules that tell you to finish drinks or make stupid fucking noises. We keep things simple.
- Our rules aren’t standard, they’re obscure. That’s how we’re different.
Drink Every Time…
- Neil believes one of Jay’s obvious lies.
- Will showcases his moderate autism.
- One of the 4 calls a dude “hard”.
- You notice how short Jay’s tie is compared to others.
- Somebody says they want to fuck Will’s mum or that she’s hot.
- Donovan’s hair out-greases Simon’s.
- Simon badmouths his parents.
- Carli says or does something that leads Simon on.
- Will is referred to as “specks”, “briefcase wanker” or the guy “who shit his pants”.
- Mr Gilbert shows that he doesn’t give a fuck.
