Let’s Talk About Bee Movie…
Alright, let’s take a moment to talk about Bee Movie. When this movie first came out I was sort of in disbelief. How did the pitch meeting go? “Hey, let’s make a film where bees sue humans and we’ll get Jerry Seinfeld to voice the lead bee?” How does that even come about? Let alone the next person that spoke and was like yep great idea, let’s give it a $150,000,000 budget and see what happens. That’s 150 million dollars by the way.
Despite all of that, SOMEHOW Bee Movie has come away with a sort of cult following and was somewhat of a meme sensation when it first came out and on fringe areas of the internet today. So I guess all we can say is kudos to the bees for getting their fifteen minutes of fame and for creating this buzzing masterpiece. Sorry for the pun.
Bee Movie Drinking Game
- This is a Bee Movie drinking game.
- It’s impossible to keep up with 15-20 drinking game rules. We limit our rules to 10.
- Each time a rule occurs, you take a drink. We don’t have any rules that tell you to finish drinks or make stupid fucking noises. We keep things simple.
- Our rules aren’t standard, they’re obscure. That’s how we’re different.
Drink Every Time…
- Barry questions or challenges the rules for Bees.
- A Bee related pun or joke is made.
- Vanessa flirts with Barry or vice versa.
- Honey is mentioned in a joke or reference.
- A celebrity voice cameo is heard.
- A Bee fact or trivia is mentioned.
- An inappropriate relationship between a Bee and a Human occurs.
- “Here Comes The Sun” is played.
- Ken loves himself.
- Bee’s make fun of humans.
